Sud’Arrange is a member of the Fédération Nationale des Chasseurs d’Immobiliers, a national association of property hunters in France.

The association’s aim is to impose clear values, and create transparency in the activity and working methods of the property hunter. To ensure that its commitments are respected, and to steer the young profession of property hunter in a direction that is fully at the service of buyers.

To this end, each member of the federation undertakes to respect a code of ethics that clearly positions the role of the property hunter vis-à-vis private individuals and professional sellers.

Code of ethics :

Federation members are real estate professionals specializing in advising on buying and renting transactions. In the interests of transparency and neutrality, they represent and defend exclusively the interests of their clients.

Members of the Fédération Nationale des Chasseurs d’Immobiliers hold a real estate transaction card issued by the Prefecture of their head office. They are covered by professional liability insurance and have a financial guarantee, with the exception of the provisions of the decree of July 12, 2010 relating to European services for holders of a real estate transaction card without a capital transaction, who are exempt from these requirements.

Association members undertake to comply with the Hoguet law (law no. 70-9 of January 2, 1970, as amended from time to time), which defines the conditions under which real estate and business transactions may be carried out.

Association members’ commitments to their customers are contractually binding. Each search is accompanied by a search mandate, which specifies a certain amount of information, including a description of the property sought, the means to be employed, the duration of the contract and the hunter’s remuneration, as well as a service contract for ancillary services.

Information obtained by members of the federation from their customers is strictly confidential. Under no circumstances may it be communicated or published without the prior consent of the person concerned.

Federation members undertake to provide their customers with all information relating to the search, including a list of all interesting properties and home visits, in full transparency. They also undertake to keep customers regularly informed of the progress of their search.
